Today marks the one year anniversary since the implementation of WHS in GB&I on 2nd November 2020 and Golf Ireland would like congratulate and thank handicap committees across the island for all their hard work and efforts in bringing this project to its completion.

It was a huge task to migrate scores from the previous Golfnet system to the new Golf Ireland WHS Clubhouse and we are happy that the system is functioning as it should.

Club volunteers have spent many dedicated hours answering member queries, attending WHS seminars, and reviewing their players' handicap indices on transition. As more and more scores are added to the system, handicaps will become a more accurate and fairer reflection of members' playing ability, making the game more enjoyable for all.

Golf Ireland are very proud of our club volunteers and are very grateful for their dedication.
